The exclusive MORryde heavy gauge aluminum frame is Huck-Riveted for superior strength and vibration resistance. The same construction that’s used for heavy trucks, truck trailers and emergency vehicles! The articulating hitch ensures a safe and secure connection on uneven terrain.
The exclusive MORryde independent air suspension provides up to 12” of travel and 25” of ground clearance! It’s app controllable in vehicle so you can make adjustments on the fly as the terrain dictates! The air suspension is also used to level the coach when you reach your destination! There are integrated internal and external jounce bumpers that allow travel without air in the event of an emergency. Superior dampening is achieved with 8 Bilstein shock absorbers, 2 at each wheel. Energy Polyurethane bushings provide increased durability and reduced wear.
The walls, floor and roof are TransCore™ composite. It’s a lightweight, abrasion and puncture resistant, engineered thermoplastic composite sandwich panel. The panel is engineered with high glass content skins that are thermally fused to a resilient thermoplastic core which provides an optimized structure to provide durability and stiffness at the lowest weight possible. The one-piece seamless weather resistant composite panel is hydrophobic, resisting corrosion, mildew, and degradation! It will endure impacts that would destroy traditional laminated panels! Demonstrations have shown that a sledge hammer is no match for the TransCore™ panels!
The solar electric system is the best available and designed to power everything including the air conditioner and Microwave! It features 600 watts of solar panels, two 270 AH Lithium batteries (540 AH total), two 50 amp Victron charge controllers and a 3000 watt Victron Multiplus inverter. Additionally, the system can be upgraded to 1200 watts of solar and 1080 AH battery capacity with the optional 300 watt portable solar panels and two additional 270 AH Lithium batteries!
